Larry Kelsheimer

Pastor Larry Kelsheimer attended South Vermillion High School, graduating in 1982. Upon graduation, Larry entered the workforce. In late 2008, Larry felt he was being called to ministry. He enrolled in the Nazarene Bible College Ministry Preparation Course of Study. Upon his graduation, Larry was ordained in July, 2013.Â
Pastor Larry previous served as associate pastor at the Church of the Nazarene in St. Bernice, Indiana. In May, 2014, he was called to be the pastor at First Christian Church. Larry became their full time pastor in January, 2015.
Larry is married to his wife, Sarah. They have two sons, two daughters-in-love and 2 grandchildren.

Rita K. Steed
Rita is a life-long resident of Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1967. She was baptized into the church on Sept. 17, 1972 by Rev. Victor Koontz. She married Robert C. Steed in 1993 and together they have a blended family including her son, John L. Muciarelli, step-daughter Tammy Fulton who lives in Athens, Texas with husband Richard, and step-son Robert E. Steed who lives in Jasonville, In. Grandchildren include Cassandra and Levi Rolston, Nicholas and Andrew Mifflin and Ryder Steed. Her step-son, James Muciarelli and wife Margaret live in Brownsburg with sons, Mario and Joseph. She also has a daughter, Annisa Kaye who went to be with Jesus in 1991.
Serving as secretary/treasurer is a family tradition for Rita as she follows in her mother, Annabelle’s footsteps. Annabelle filled these offices for a number of years before retiring due to health issues. Rita can be found in the church office Monday through Friday 8:00 am to noon where the door is always open to visitors.
